Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

At Travel Photo Art Gallery, every artwork is produced with great care and is printed specifically to fulfill your order. Because our products are custom-made and made to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for reasons such as a change of mind, incorrect selection, or personal preference.

No Returns

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been confirmed and production has begun.

No Refunds

Refunds will not be issued for:

Change of mind
Incorrect size or product selected by the customer
Color variations due to differences in screen or monitor settings
Delay caused by courier services beyond our control
Refusal to accept delivery

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Your order number
Clear photographs of the damaged packaging and product

After reviewing your claim, we may, at our sole discretion, provide a replacement for verified damaged or incorrect items. Refunds are generally not provided in these cases unless required by applicable law.
