Order Processing

All products are made to order. Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation.

Processing time typically ranges from 3–7 business days, depending on the product, order volume, and production requirements.

Orders are not processed, printed, or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:

  • Within India: 3–10 business days
  • International Orders: 7–21 business days (subject to customs clearance and destination country)

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery destination
  • Product size and weight
  • Selected shipping method

Any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or local fees for international orders are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information (where available).

Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Travel Photo Art Gallery is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Customer unavailability
  • Courier service delays
  • Customs inspections or clearance
  • Weather conditions
  • Natural disasters
  • Government restrictions
  • Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your package arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photographs of the packaging
  • Clear photographs of the damaged product

If a shipment is confirmed as lost by the courier, we will work with the shipping provider to investigate and, where appropriate, provide a replacement or another suitable resolution.

Delivery Delays

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed. Delays caused by shipping carriers or events beyond our control do not automatically entitle customers to refunds.

Incorrect Address

If an incorrect shipping address is provided by the customer and the order has already been dispatched, any additional shipping charges for redelivery will be the customer's responsibility.
